To protect the privacy of our students, only the student can call and receive information about the course they are enrolled in. This includes grades, assignments and feedback from teachers.
If you are not the one enrolled within the course you will need to have a Statutory Declaration from the Enrolled Party giving you permission to speak to us on their behalf, regardless of age or who paid for the course.
This is in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009.
