QTAC (Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre)

QTAC currently processes applications for admission to the majority of undergraduate courses offered by universities in Queensland, Bond University, the Australian Maritime College in Tasmania, and to some courses at universities in Northern NSW. It also processes applications to full-time advanced diploma and diploma courses in Queensland institutes of TAFE and some private providers of post-secondary courses.

If you have a preliminary acceptance to one of these institutes, you must have all required paperwork and/or course results to them by the end of December. Visit the QTAC website to determine the deadline for this year.

VTAC (Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre)

VTAC is the central office that receives and processes applications for admission to most undergraduate degree courses at participating institutions in Victoria. This includes TAFE, independent tertiary colleges and universities. VTAC processes a variety of applications for universities and tertiary educational institutions within Victoria.

If you have a preliminary acceptance to one of these institutes, you must have all required paperwork and/or course results to them by the beginning of December. Visit the VTAC website to determine the deadline for this year.

When can I sit the Final Exam?

  1. Ensure you have completed all Progress Tests/ Lab Activities/Assignments/Activities and the Practice Exam (if applicable);
  2. Receive confirmation from your teacher that you are ready to commence your final exam;
  3. Find a suitable supervisor;
  4. Complete the Final Exam Request Form (You can find the form in your ‘Connect-Online Course’) and submit to unilearn@tafeqld.edu.au
  5. You will need to send in your Final Exam Request Form at least 5 business days before your Proposed Exam date;
